Delivery Policy Whilst we make every effort to ensure that any product you order from us reaches you in perfect condition, tech air will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage of goods. This is covered by the insurance that is included in the delivery charge. Please contact us if there is a problem. All delivery dates quoted are approximate only. If for whatever reason other than any cause beyond tech air's control, or some fault of your own, the delivery fails to get to the delivery address that you supplied us with, then tech air will replace the goods to the equal value including the delivery and other associated costs. How long will it take? • Next Day Within the UK (excluding northern
Ireland and the highlands and islands of scotland) • UK delivery times (Next Day, Pre 10.30 and Saturdays) are based on all UK domestic credit card orders placed before 1pm (except Northern Ireland, Eire and the highlands and Islands of Scotland) based on the next working day, excluding bank holidays. • Continental Europe or EU countries delivery charges - allow 7 to 10 working days Delivery Rates • International deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders for countries outside of the EU via the website. Please call us on +44(0) 1673 519933 for a separate delivery quote. • Within mainland UK - £6.80 for 1 case. • Continental Europe or EU countries - £14.00 for up to 5 kg (surcharge of £2.00 for every extra kg) this is approximately 1 case depending on weight or volumetric weight. • Packaging and handling £1.00 per order, in addition to the delivery rate. Insurance is included in all delivery prices. What countries are included in the UK? For delivery purposes the following countries are included in our definition of the UK: England, Scotland and Wales. What other countries does tech air deliver to? We currently deliver to UK and EU countries. We do endeavour to deliver across the world however this will involve a separate delivery charge, which can be advised if you call head office on +44(0)1672 519933. Thank you • In the event that we do deliver to any non-EU countries or countries outside continental Europe, the customer will be required to pay for any tax, duty, handling and clearance charges specific to the country of import. The delivery company will contact the customer to make arrangements for this payment. Delivery to PO Box addresses Sorry, but at this point tech air does not send orders to PO Box addresses. Delivery to Multiple Addresses Sorry, but at this point tech air does not send orders to more than one address, although this is something that we may do in the future. Lost and Missing deliveries In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an email at: orders@techair.co.uk and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number) or alternatively you can call Customer Services from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (GMT) Shipping Policies tech air reserves the right to change shipping rates without notice. If your order contains both in stock and backordered items, the in-stock items will be shipped as requested and you will be invoiced for this part of the order including packaging and delivery. Your backordered items will then be shipped once all the backordered products have been received and you will then be invoiced for this part of the order including packaging but excluding any delivery charges. |
