What are the delivery costs?
UK delivery: Takes up to 2 working days*.
Costs £6.80 for up to 10kg - which is up to approx. 2 cases. Any order above 2 cases can be ordered via our customer services department on 01672 519933.
Plus £1 per order for packaging and handling.
*Monday to Friday only and excludes bank holidays.
Europe: Takes between 7 - 10 working days
Costs £15.00 for one case. Any order above one case can be ordered through our customer services department on +44 (0) 1672 519933 or you can contact us via 'contact us' on our website, and we will return your call.
Plus £1 per packaging and handling.

How do I return an item bought from the website?
At tech air we want you to be delighted every time you purchase products from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so here are the details of our no-quibble returns policy.
Peace of mind internet pricing policy
1) If you purchased a case from the tech air website
2) You subsequently see it for sale on the techair website at a reduced price within 30 days of your original purchase
3) You 'contact us' and Tech air will refund the difference*.
*Customer needs to provide original order confirmation email or order date, order number and order details.
The refund will be based on the individual case price alone, excluding delivery charges.
Policy excludes free delivery promotions. Customer must notify tech air via email to infodesk@techair.co.uk. Once contacted the customer must provide their credit/debit card details for the refund to be credited to, no payments will be made by cheque. This policy is active as of 1st December 2005. Techair reserve the right to withdraw this policy without notice. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
