All of our products are manufactured to the highest quality and we warrant that any products that you purchase from us will be delivered to you in perfect condition and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions. We will happily accept the return of any product, whatever the reason but please read our Lifetime Warranty terms and conditions.

Our Liftetime Warranty is given to you subject to the following conditions…

We cannot exchange any goods if a defect arises from, but not limited to, fair wear and tear, wilful damage or negligence. Click here to read up on some tips and tricks. This warranty does not extend to parts, materials or equipment that was not manufactured by The Computer Luggage Company (CLC). You will only be entitled to any warranty or guarantee given by that manufacturer to The Computer Luggage Company. Where a valid claim is based on a defect in the quality or condition of the Goods is notified to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, CLC may replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the CLC’s sole discretion, refund the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), in which case CLC shall have no further liability to the Buyer.

All claims are subject to an inspection of the case.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
