Warranty

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and come with either a 2 year or Lifetime Warranty and we ensure, through our Quality Control processes, that all our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if there is a manufacturing defect we will happily accept the return and send you a replacement but please read our product Warranty terms and conditions below.

Our product Warranty is given to you subject to the following conditions…

We cannot exchange any goods if a defect arises from, but not limited to, fair wear and tear, wilful damage or negligence.

This warranty does not extend to parts, materials or equipment that was not manufactured by The Computer Luggage Company (CLC), in particular CLC will accept no liability for damage to contents of the CLC bag. You will only be entitled to any warranty or guarantee given by that manufacturer to The Computer Luggage Company. Where a valid claim is based on a defect in the quality or condition of the Goods is notified to us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, CLC may replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the CLC’s sole discretion, refund the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), in which case CLC shall have no further liability to the Buyer.

All claims are subject to an inspection of the case.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
