Web Delivery Policies
Most of our UK & European deliveries are sent by courier and they will require a signature to accept delivery. Please consider your delivery address and availability when placing the order. You may incur additional delays and have to pick your parcel up from a depot should you miss the initial delivery. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that any product you order from us reaches you in perfect condition, tech air will not be held responsible in any way for the loss or damage of goods. This is covered by the insurance that is included in the delivery charge. Please contact us if there is a problem at logistics@techair.co.uk
If for whatever reason other than any cause beyond tech air's control, or some fault of your own, the delivery fails to get to the delivery address that you supplied us with, then tech air will replace the goods to the equal value including the delivery and other associated costs.
When placing an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement as well as a shipment confirmation which should enable you to track your order. Please login to your account to access this information.
How long will it take?
Please note that the daily cut off time for orders to be processed is 1 pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next Working Day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Notes; 1. "days" are based on Working Days and therefore exclude weekends and public holidays. E.g. an order placed before 1pm on a Friday for UK standard delivery will be delivered anytime between Monday and Wednesday 2. UK deliveries exclude Northern Ireland and the highlands / Islands of Scotland

International deliveries.
Rates and services are based on volumetric weights. In the event that we deliver to any non-EU countries or countries outside continental Europe, the customer will be required to pay for any tax, duty, handling and clearance charges specific to the country of import. The delivery company will contact the customer to make arrangements for this payment.
For more than one product a quotation request will be automatically placed with our customer services. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

Delivery to PO Box addresses
As we require a proof of receipt we do not currently send orders to PO Box addresses.
Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Sorry, but we do not currently send orders to more than one address.
Lost and Missing deliveries
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an email at: orders@techair.co.uk and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number) or alternatively you can call Customer Services from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (GMT) +44(0)1672 519933
Shipping Policies
Techair reserves the right to change shipping rates without notice.
Should your order contain an item which becomes out of stock, a customer representative will be in touch with you to resolve the issue. If we can’t find a replacement item, the in-stock items will be shipped as requested and you will be notified when the back order items are back in stock. You can cancel the remainder of your order at any stage by emailing us at logistics@techair.co.uk specifying your order number.
