Delivery

How will my order be delivered?

We choose to send most of our UK & European orders by courier, we think it’s safer that way. You’ll just need to sign for your delivery upon arrival. If you are out when we deliver, unfortunately you might have to pick up your parcel from a depot. To ensure you get your order as quickly as you hoped, please make sure someone is in.

How long will it take?

Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12pm can be delivered in 2 working days. After all, we like to put our feet up at the weekend too.

How much will it cost?

We’ve broken our costs down into a straightforward table for you to take a look at. Our delivery costs include full transit insurance cover, as well as packaging and handling fees. You won’t find any costly add-ons with us, because no one likes them.

Please note that days are based on working days, so we don’t include weekends and public holidays. If you’d like us to deliver to a non EU country, including those outside continental Europe, you’ll need to pay a little extra for any tax, duty, handling and clearance charges specific to the country of import. The delivery company will contact you to make arrangements for this payment.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

As we need a proof of receipt we don’t currently send orders to PO Box addresses.

Can I get my order delivered to multiple addresses?

No we’re sorry, we can’t work our delivery guys any harder, so currently we only send an order to one address. Instead, you’ll need to place multiple orders.

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

We treat each of our lovely bits of kit with tender loving care and so do our delivery guys, but accidents do (very rarely) happen. Thankfully your order will be covered by the insurance that’s included in the delivery charge. If your item has arrived damaged, please complete our warranty enquiry form.

What if my order never arrives?

Gosh, we really hope this never happens, but if it has then we’ll replace the goods to the same value, including delivery and any other costs.

If your delivery is overdue, please send us an email with your order number to logistics@techair.co.uk and we’ll find out where it is. Alternatively you could chat to someone from our friendly Customer Service team on +44(0)1672 519933, available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

What else could go wrong?

If your order contains an item that is out of stock, then we’re really sorry for the hold up. One of our brilliant customer representatives will be in touch to resolve the problem. If we can’t find a replacement item, any other items in your order will be delivered as requested and we’ll let you know when the missing item is back in stock. You can cancel the rest of your order at any stage by filling in the cancellation form on our website.
