We will happily accept the return of any product, for whatever reason. Please read on for full details on how to return your product.

Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. We accept the return of all items but must be advised in advance in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. This can be done by letter, fax, email or via the 'contact us' form. We will then issue you with a returns number (an RMA). Our no-quibble returns policy applies as long as the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (not including delivery charges)

Defective items:

All our accessories have a minimum 2 year warranty and all our bags and sleeves come with a “lifetime” warranty; giving you additional reassurance. Should your tech air product develop a fault caused by a manufacturing reason [and not general wear and tear usage] you can return the product to us and get a same [or equivalent] replacement Please read our Warranty policy for full details. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to+ return defective items to us.

Returns of Electrical and Electronic Equipment- Weee compliance

Should you not find an appropriate location to dispose of the techair branded Electrical and electronic equipment, these can be sent back to the address below when the products are end of life and techair will arrange for these to be recycled or re-used as appropriate.

Returns delivery charges:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To return an item:

For an unwanted item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the return address.

In the case of a defective product, all you need to do is fill in the 'contact us' form, giving details of the;

  • product (product model number)
  • manufacturing number which can be found on the back of the “Made in” tag,
    • this is often found on the inside of the laptop compartment)
  • reasons for returning the product
    • details of the exact fault, including any evidence you might have (pictures) to document the fault.

Please read our Warranty policy for full terms and conditions. Our Customer Services will then issue an RMA (return reference number) and provide any subsequent instructions.  Any discrepancies or failure to comply with this process could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
