Returns Policy

We hope you love your new piece of kit as much as we do, but if you don’t (hey it happens), we’ve made it easy to return your unwanted item.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you’d like to return an unwanted item, then just let us know within fourteen working days of delivery. Simply complete one of our cancellation forms (use this link). We’ll then issue you with a returns number (we call it an RMA). Our no-quibble returns policy applies as long as the product is in original condition. Once you return the item we’ll issue you a full refund for the price you paid (excluding the delivery charge).

If you need to claim for a faulty product then you don’t need to worry about time. We really do mean it when we say lifetime warranty. Our lifetime warranty applies as long as the fault relates to faulty workmanship or materials. Simply fill out our warranty form (use this link). We’ll then issue you with a returns number (we call it an RMA). Once a faulty return is accepted we'll ship you a replacement product free of charge, we’ll even cover delivery.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return specifying the RMA, before wrapping it up safe and sound and sending it to our returns address:

Just to be sensible, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will then send you an email to let you know that we’ve processed your return successfully. Our returns policy won’t affect your statutory rights.

Can you dispose of my old techair electrical and electronic equipment?

Yes, you can send it back to us at the same address as above. We love seeing our old kit, it fills us with warm fuzzy memories. We also love the planet, so we’re happy to arrange for it to be recycled or re-used as appropriate.

Will you refund my delivery charges?

If you’re returning an item because of an error on our part or because it’s faulty, we’ll be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, unfortunately you’ll be responsible for all delivery charges and any other costs connected with your purchase.
